TWS Hostel
Day, week, and term boarding facilities at Taurian World School (TWS) help students to learn and grow collaboratively, in an environment supported by the use of state-of-the-art technology and the best teaching methodologies from around the world.

TWS provides day, weekly and term boarding facilities to students coming from distant places. For week and term boarders there are separate residential facilities for both girls and boys. Comfortable boarding facilities with world-class amenities and caring wardens ensure that your child is secure and grows up in a homely environment, with freedom and responsibility.

Learning takes place 24X7 at TWS as it continues well past the last class of the day. Full time faculty and coaches are present within the hostel premises to help and guide the students in their work after school.

Full time male and female wardens for the respective hostels stay with the students in the hostel.

At TWS, children are inspired to live each day to the fullest. As school-years are considered to be the formative years in an individual's life, we consider it necessary to help imbibe in youth a sense of discipline and good habits for a holistic personality development.

At TWS, the Hostlers follow a healthy schedule that help them devote time for studies, interests and hobbies, thus, helping them explore their potential and hone their skills in a productive way. This way of living also make them self-reliant and confident, which, later accentuates and enhances the spirit independence of healthy living in an individual.

A typical day in TWS Hostel starts at 5:30 am. We believe, healthy living is incomplete without a proper workout regime and hence, students attend a proper physical exercise session from 6:00 to 6:45 am. After the work out session, students are allowed to relax until 7:00 am, and are given refreshing health drinks.

Students are then given 45 minutes, from 7:00 to 7:45 am, to get ready for the school day. The 1st attendance of the day is taken between 7:45 – 7:50 am, after which, at 7:55 am, students leave for school where they gather for assembly at 8:00 am.

Before going into class, they are given a wholesome breakfast at 8:30 am, which continues until 9:00 am.

Classes start at 9:00 am and continue till 12.30 pm until lunch break. This gets over at 1:00 pm and classes resume until 3:00 pm.

After-school snacks are provided to the students and a second round of attendance is taken at 3:30 pm and the Hostlers then return to their respective Hostels by 4:00 pm.

At TWS, students are encouraged to participate in various sports activities. The sports session starts at 4:00 pm and continues for an hour until 5:00 pm.

Evening snacks are provided to Hostlers from 5:00 to 5:30 pm after which students freshen up and go for their prep studies from 6:00 pm which until 8:30 pm.

Dinner is served to the Hostlers from 8:30 to 9:15 pm and then the students are allowed to enjoy a leisure time or self-study session till 10:00pm.

At 10:00 pm, students upto Std. VII retire for the day. The senior students are given an extra half an hour and their day ends at 10.30pm.

This is the routine followed at TWS that allows our Hostlers and Students to live a routine life and instill in them a strong sense of discipline.
