TWS has a rolling admission procedure. All filled-in applications are addressed immediately. Prospective students need to submit the registration form and registration fee along with necessary documents to the Admission Office.
Step 1: Registration
Remit the registration amount through Demand Drafts/ Bankers Cheque or in cash at the School office.
Registration Fee Details
- INR 1500 for students residing in India
- USD 100 for international students (as per the prevailing exchange rates)
Demand Drafts, Bankers Cheques should be made out to "Tilok Gyan Trust" and sent to:

Note: All correspondence should include a street address and telephone number for TWS to courier the application kit for you. Courier services will not deliver to a post office box.
Upon receipt of the registration fee, the prospectus containing the application for admission will be sent to you.

Step 2: Interview & Assessment Test
All candidates who have completed the registration process and are applying for admission at Taurian World School are required to schedule an applicant and parent interview with the Academic Coordinators.
The interview date can be set by calling the Admissions Office at +91 9308991112/3/4. The interview is to be attended by the respective applicant along with his/her parents/guardian. A written and oral test will be given to the applicant according to their respective applied grade.
Please note: Guardians will only be interviewed in a scenario when both parents are deceased
Step 3: Admission Decision
On clearing the written test and the interview, the applicant will be provided with a letter confirming their eligibility for admission to Taurian World School.
Step 4: Complete and Return Application
All forms in the application form must be completed by the parents and applicant. List of documents to be submitted with the application form as mentioned below:
For Classes LKG, UKG, Grade 1
- Copy of Authentic Certificate showing Date of Birth.
- Copy of Blood Group Report.
- Passport size photographs – 10 nos.
- Passport size photographs of both parents/guardians – 5 nos. each
- Passport size photographs (5 nos.) of local guardian. (Applicable for Boarding Students only)
- ID proof (Voter ID card, Passport, PAN card) of local guardian. (Applicable for Boarding Students only)
For Classes Grade 2 – Grade 12
- Copy of Authentic Certificate showing Date of Birth.
- Original Transfer Certificate from previous school.
- Copy of last examination's Report Card. (Copy of Class 10 pass certificate and board results will be required for Class 11 – 12 students)
- Copy of Blood Group Report.
- Passport size photographs – 10 nos.
- Passport size photographs of both parents/guardians – 5 nos. each
- Copy of first and last two pages of the Passport (Applicable only for International Applicants).
- Passport size photographs (5 nos.) of local guardian. (Applicable for Boarding Students only)
- ID proof (Voter ID card, Passport, PAN card) of local guardian. (Applicable for Boarding Students only)
Step 5: Track Admission Forms
The TWS Admissions Office will contact you each time they receive paperwork from you and also to ensure that all forms required have been received. The Admissions Office requires clear communication directly with the parents/guardians of all prospective students during the entire admissions process. Candidates are welcome to contact the Admissions Office regarding concerns or questions.
Step 6: Admission at Taurian World School
On receiving further communication, parents are required to remit the following to assure the student's admission at Taurian World School:
- Admission Fee (non-refundable), Security Deposit (interest free refundable), Imprest Deposit (interest free refundable, applicable for boarding students only)
- School Kit Fee (non-refundable), Annual Activity Fee (non-refundable)
- 1st quarter fees (non-refundable), tuition fee, catering fee, transport fee. The 1st quarter fee is required to be paid in full prior to the student's joining.
- All required student documents.
Note: The parents are required to submit the signed application form when paying the one-time fee. The fees will not be accepted until the signed application form has been submitted along with the fees.
Step 7: Provisional Admission Slip
Post submission of all documents (except the Transfer Certificate) and payments mentioned above the applicant will be provided with a Provisional Admission Slip (PAS). The student is required to carry the PAS slip to the school on the first day and give it to the class teacher.
Please note:
- After the PAS expiry date the school will suspend the transport service for day boarders and will not allow boarders to attend school until and unless all dues and forms/documents are cleared/ submitted.
- The provisional admission will be cancelled if the required documents/forms are not handed in within the provisional period.
Step 8: Confirmation of Admission
Post submission of the copy of the Transfer Certificate (45 days from the day of admission), the applicant will be issued a confirmation of admission letter.
