Mr. Madhav Rao (Academic Director)
A well known educationist and visionary, Mr. Rao is an alumnus from Central Institute of Education, Delhi, Regional College of Education, Bhubaneswar. He is also trained from the famous College of St. Marks and St. John (MARJONS) Plymouth, UK. Mr. Rao is responsible for Audits and quality control systems of education in TWS.

In his career spanning over 40 years, Mr. Rao has been the Principal of Delhi Public School, Nalco Nagar, Our Own English High School in Fujairah, UAE and Executive Principal of OOEHS, Dubai. He has also been part of the edu-corp world as the Chief Academic Officer of a reputed Management Company. Mr. Rao is also a prolific writer, columnist and recipient of CBSE National Award for Teachers. He has specializations in School Models, Curriculum Design, Class Room Transactions, Assessment, School Audits, Building Designs and British and Indian Curricula.

Mr. Atul Bhatt (Principal)
Mr. Bhatt comes with diverse experience in the field of education. He has completed his B.A., M.A and B.Ed. from prime universities across India. He has been Principal at Delhi Public School and H.O.D at Scindia School for 16 years. He is associated with several academic and cultural events across the globe. His rich exposure in school management and wealth of knowledge is evolving the learning and teaching process at TWS.

Mrs. Puloma Nandi (vice-Principal, Primary School)
14 yrs of experience in teaching, she had been the Vice - Principal and Principal of International Schools for more than 5 years. She was the Examination Coordinator for IGSCE-A level. A Silver medal winner from the North Bengal University, she has qualified I.E.L.T.S and Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (UK).

Mrs. Chandramukhi Singh (H.O.D. English)
M.A (Eng) B.Ed, and I.B.O. trained from institutes of repute across the world, she has been in academics since 30 years teaching English in several ICSE (1989-1994), CBSE (1994-2011) and IBO affiliated schools. She has also been the examiner for English for the above mentioned educational boards. She has also been the Moderator of Debating club, De Nobili School, Editor of the School Magazine of Delhi Public School and has conducted a workshop in Guided Reading for schools in Mumbai in the year 2006.

She has attended workshops at Hong Kong, Dubai and Bangkok to strengthen her skills and keep herself updated on the evolving and newer methodologies of teaching English as a language. An avid educator, she has received various awards in Professional Development and Non teaching.

Mrs. Anita Mittal (H.O.D. Social Science)
Mrs. Mittal has 25 years of experience in the academics; teaching Social Science throughout. Her ability of performing the tasks successfully is accentuated with the credit of being a Gold Medalist in Masters of Arts (Geography). She has also evaluated CBSE board papers for more than 17 yrs and has attended many seminars in Delhi conducted by CBSE & CCE. At TWS, she is the Examination In- Change.

Mr. O.P Matthew
With a rich experience of being in the academics for 33 years, Mr. Matthew is a graduate in English Literature and C. P.Ed and has been the Sports Secretary in St. Xavier's, Ranchi. His expertise lies in School Administration and Management.

Mr. Neeraj Sinha
Specialized in Physics, one of the most respected teachers at TWS, Mr. Sinha has done Triple M.Sc in Physics, Mathematics and Geology subjects along with a Bachelors degree in Educations (B.Ed). With 24 Years of experience in the teaching sector, he teaches Mathematics and Physics at TWS. He has also completed a course in "Effective School Management" and received Council Certificate for Mathematics Meetings.

Ms. Sujata Singh
Ms. Singh is trained in Montessori Teaching Methodologies and has an experience of 27 years of successfully teaching and handling primary school administration and management with a qualification in Child's Psychology. Also, she has successfully run a feeder school for DAV Public School for a span of 22 years and a crèche for woman in villages, which also aimed to provide primary education to the toddlers. Served an NGO as educational coordinator, she has conducted vocational courses for under-privileged students and Bridge Course for school dropouts.

Ms. Sonaly Gupta
Ms. Gupta has been teaching English in several IBO affiliated schools around the world and has received an IBO – Project Mentor Certificate from International School, Sweden. At Nacka International School, Stockholm, Sweden, she has worked as a class teacher/mentor for (Grade I and II - English section). At 'Vittra I Katrinaberg', Stockholm, Sweden, she has taught English to pre-students at the Playgroup & Nursery level. With an experience of 10 years in teaching, she teaches English at TWS.

Mr. Surojeet Banerjee
14 years of experience in teaching Mathematics, Mr. Banerjee is a graduate in Mathematics, has completed B.Ed and MBA (Finance). At TWS, he is a Coordinator in Senior Administration. He has also attended Principal's Training Workshop along with other workshop focusing on Personality Development and Effective Teaching.

Mrs. Nivedita Menon
An M.A., B.Ed, Ms. Menon has an experience of 17 years in academics while also freelancing as a mentor for 4 years, which gave her an edgy exposure to the various teaching methodologies followed in universities across the world. She has conducted workshops related to Communication Skills, Personality Development and Examination Strategy at Birla schools, reputed schools in Ranchi and DPS, Noida. To add to her credit, she has conducted executive workshop for UPNN (Uttar Pradesh Nirman Nigam).

Mr. Vijay Akshit Paul
A B.com, TTC & B.Ed, he has 9 years of teaching experience in Christian Mother School and CNI Schools. He has conducted few workshops for teachers based on Multiple Intelligence, Time Management and Personal Growth. Also, he has worked as a Head in Takshila School in Muzzafarpur and Begusarai.

Mr. Debashish Bhattacharya
A graduate in Bio Tech, he has done his Masters in Microbiology. He has been a researcher at Agarkar Research Institute, Pune, where he was involved in extraction of bio active compounds from micro organism.

Mr. Ronald Charles Jacob
A teaching experience of 17 years in Chemistry, Biology & Mathematics, he has done M.Sc and B.Ed. He has also received various academic awards during his teaching career, for e.g. Academic Shield, Best Teacher Award and the Most Popular Teacher Award.

Mr. Debashish Debnath
M.com, B.Lib, M.Lib and LIBSYS - a level trained, he has 23 years of experience as librarian in International Schools. He has attended various workshops on Library Science, for example, Librarians Continuum Workshop, NCERT Survey/Workshop of District Schools in Ajmer. To his repute, he has also been the Coordinator of the Bradford University -'Blackboard' presentation by Ms. Reshma Khan (Library Professional-Bradford University) at IILM, Gurgaon.

Mr. Sompal Singh Kundu
With 32 years of experience in I.T.B Police, he had retired as a sub inspector. He had been the Coach and Captain of the Horse Riding Team of I.T.B Police and had worked as a horse-riding trainer to IPS & IAS officers. He has been honoured with various Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in various National and International equestrian horse riding associations.

Mr. Anirban Das
At TWS, Mr. Das is the Sports Trainer and his credentials make him the most perfect Sports Teacher ever. He has participated in several sport events across India, which include, the 64th and 65th Senior National Aquatic Championship, 34th National Games 2011- Jharkhand and various State School Games Championship, State Age Group Championship, District Age Group Championship. He has won 3 Gold medals in State Championship.

Mrs. Deepti Gangrade
Mrs. Gangrade is Master in Performing Arts (Dance) and has done a Post-Diploma Course in Dance from Kathak Kendra- Delhi. She has performed at several National and International events. She has also been a part of Surya UAE Xchange Sangamam at Australia, Singapore and Malaysia. To add to her credit, she has also worked in Romeo – Juliet, a directorial venture by Pt. Birju Maharaj in 2005 and has participated in Hori Dhoom Machori, Kathak Mahotsav, Sufiyana Kathak and many more such events.

Mr. Basudev Das
Mr. Das has been a member of the prestigious Mohan Bagan Athletic Club and has 7 years of experience in Soccer coaching. He has participated in various National and International Games including the 10th National Sub Junior Football Championship through prestigious academies like, Tata Football Academy. He has also been the District Champion in 2004.

Mr. Subhash Singh Munda
Mr. Munda has won State Level Championship Award (Jharkhand) in Squash and to hone his skills, has also attended International Level Training for Squash. He has an experience of 4 yrs in Squash playing and training.

Ms. Shilpi Ramani
Master of Fine Arts from Vishwabharti University (Shantiniketan), Ms. Ramani is specialized in Sculpture. With an experience of 6 years, she has participated in eight National and two International Art Camps. A true enthusiast and a passionate professional, she participates actively in Group Art Exhibition four times a year.
